So ADORABLE!!!! Nice designing job! I think the pink holo glitter background is AMAZING! FYI - I think Apollo is also a female because of that white band under her eyes. Even though she has green chelicerae and is mostly black and white. Maybe she’ll molt into one of those beautiful mostly white “Bahama”-colored jumpers 🤗 🌙☁️💓💗💙✨🌈🥰🕷️🕸️

Agreed.. the idea of a blue starry sky is great for the Sweet Dreams enclosure. Get like a black and blue maybe a little pink with sparkles to create a nebula appearance would be EPIC!

What kind of enclosure would you recommend for a 1/2 in. Carabena. versicolor sling? I have him in a home made arboreal enclosure at the moment. I made it according to Tom Marans pink toe sling enclosures. It’s 2 cups, one with a lid on it for substrate, and the other one is the lid. I want something I can see through better, because the current enclosure is very blurry. It’s such a beautiful little sling! It deserves a clear enclosure! I purchased it from Crystal Palace Exotics. I think you have a tarantula sling from the same breeder? I’m so nervous about rehousing this little one, because I know how finicky they are. Wasn’t Bon Bon a C. versicolor? It molted for the first time in my care last week, and it took a chopped up meal worm for me afterwards! So i think we are healthy and happy at the moment. Just want to keep it that way. I just purchased my first tarantula 2 years ago, and I now have 4 plus about 20 jumping spiders! This pink toe is my first arboreal.

I literally have 0 and I mean 0 reason to buy an a tarantula crib because I own a dog and a leopard gecko.... that's it. BUT WHY DO I NEEEEEED THIS DREAM CRIB WITH SPARKLE BACK DROP... not a want but a need. Gorgeous!! I love that you're moving into this space and doing things that haven't been done before.. helping make it fun, expressive and all the while being responsible. I also think bringing some fun, color and sparkle will grab attention of some audiences that may not normally pay any mind to this hobby which is why its been so exciting seeing your impact by using your platform... it's all about bringing awareness and education to the public around these creatures!! Conservation efforts happen in small or big ways... but starts with getting the public interested and involved! (That's literally what happened with me... have a massive fear of arachnids but have loved following you and learning so so much about tarantulas, animals, amphibians etc etc). Thanks Kat 🖤💖

Even though you don't make the hides and shelves, you can decorate an enclosure like nobody's business. As always, some Jumper action never gets old.

I’m not allowed to have any pet spiders. My husband is not a a fan. So, I leave them alone if i find one in my house or around. Well, I have what i thought is a black widow in my garage. I figured it’s avoiding me and I will avoid it, there are no kids in the home. So, easy to avoid a bite. The problem is that now there are 2 egg sacks! But with closer inspection it may a cupboard spider(false black widow spider). Which we do have in michigan. It is a dark rust color, big bulbous body, and no defining lines on it. The only way to really inspect it is to capture it and if i do, it has to be released outside. Which i don’t want it to die. I don’t know what to do! But i don’t want more of them in my garage!!!!
